What does it mean to "have a good aesthetic"?

A good aesthetic is something that borders on undefineable. I find martial pistols to have a good aesthetic while others may see them as a demonic piece of metal, all in the viewers idea of a good aesthetic. But what is true about good aesthetic is that it is pleasing to the eye, while making the viewer think is not required. Looking at something with good aesthetic is like eating cholocate ice cream, sure you can contemplate its creamy goodness but you don't really need to.

I like that distinction about having a good aesthetic. I agree that having a good aesthetic is more of an intuitive characteristic than an analytic or intellectual one.
