As a matter of fact, I can't think of a good title.
If I were to say I prefer the city to O'Fallon, I don't think I'd be entirely alone. There's some weird sort of thrill in walking through clouds of secondhand smoke and supporting small businesses. A greeting from a homeless person on the street incurs a strong nostalgia for New York City, and even being ripped off by a chain fast-food place is more comforting when said establishment is not set into a standalone building next to a Target store. Even if city life isn't to your liking, you have to admit it was fun to pretend for a day.

I completley agree. O'Fallon is very predictalbe and safe where as the city holds a little more excitement. Although sometimes dangerous you have to look into the beautiful part of the city. Keeping the same day to day rutine is getting frustrating for me so it was really nice to get out and explore something I don't get to see everyday.
I agree that O'Fallon is very predictable and extremely safe. Living in O'Fallon has led me to lead a very sheltered life, so much that when I go downtown to see the Cardinals play, I am scared to walk to my car. Sure the city is very exciting because it is so different from O'Fallon. I'm sure that if we lived in the city then we would think similar to what we think of O'Fallon. So is the grass really greener on the other side?
Yes the city can be an exciting place to be sometimes, but there's nothing wrong with O'Fallon. I enjoy O'Fallon because all of my friends are here, and there are truly a lot of things to do around here. Within the last few years, O'Fallon has grown so much that there always seems to be something that I can do for a good time.
